To this point, the spiking pains during the evening haven’t disturbed my sleep greater than once or twice while in the 8 several hours I endeavor to snooze. I just hope I can handle the extent of pain with lower dose codeine and the tylenol. If I am able to sleep, I'm able to tolerate the
